Analysts do not want a chatbot, they want their casework done. The copilot lives beside the case board, not instead of it. Ask a question and the answer arrives as a widget: a transaction graph, a policy citation, a draft narrative, each one pinned back into the case with a click.

Evidence you can hand to a regulator

Every sentence the copilot writes carries a citation chip. Click it and the source record opens beside the narrative: the transaction, the policy clause, the analyst note. When a regulator asks why a case was closed, the answer is one export away, not one week away.

The same chat field doubles as a command line. Type a slash and it becomes a report builder: pick a template, pull in verified sections from closed cases, and the copilot assembles a suspicious activity report that reads like your best analyst wrote it on their best day.

Templates ship with the regulator in mind: SAR, STR, and internal QA formats came out of workshops with Leveai compliance leads.

Alerts that find the risk first

Monitoring runs around the clock, but people do not. The mobile companion surfaces only what crossed a risk threshold a human set, with the evidence already attached. Tap an alert and you land in the exact case context, not a login screen.
